AUTOMOTIVE DRIVELINE

We provide with testing and benchmarking of key friction, film forming and wear performance characteristics of driveline gear and transmission fluids or additives developed for manual transmissions, automatic (ATF), continuously variable (CVT) or dual clutch (DCT) transmissions.

ENGINE OILS

With our tribology expertise we offer screening test platforms for friction, film formation and wear characterization of engine oils. We work close with our customers and assist best strategies to differentiate their products in the market by offering benchmarking of engine oils for passenger cars, for heavy-duty engines, and motorcycle (2T / 4T) engines.

COATINGS

Advanced automotive technology involves new materials and coatings to ensure high-performance of engines and transmissions. At POWERTRIB we have great understanding of how coatings influence and perform in rubbing contacts for enhanced fuel economy, energy efficiency and durability.

BASE FLUIDS AND ADDITIVES

With our industry knowledge and understanding, we assist our customers to characterize and obtain key information on their wide range of base fluids or additives for automotive or industrial application.
