COMPANY BACKGROUND

 

 

Powertrib Ltd is a tribology test laboratory located in Oxford, UK. We offer consultancy services and testing in the field of friction, wear and lubrication.Powertrib Ltd was established in 2008 and it is based on more than 15 years of experience concerning tribology testing, lubricants and lubricant additives. 

 

At Powertrib, we offer a complete set of tribology test methods in order to provide the industry with a range of screening methods for various applications. Our test capacities comprise of leading-edge tribology test apparatuses developed and manufactured by our partner, PCS Instruments (http://www.pcs-instruments.com/), a world leader in tribology test equipment. Our cooperation with PCS Instruments ensures that all equipment is based on the highest technology standards at all times and that our customers are provided with the best services for testing and instrumentation.

 

At Powertrib, we have developed a profound understanding of the requirements that drive specification tests and how to propose corresponding tribology test screener methods.  Our purpose is to provide the customer with a greater understanding of the specifications test requirements and how these affect the development of new components and lubricants.
